Iraios Athlos – 32.5 km
- Distance: approx. 32.5 km
- Elevation gain: around 1,500 m
- Start time: Sunday, 09:00
- Overview: The flagship race of the event. Starting and finishing at Steni’s Primary School, it features a short road section at the beginning and end, and long stretches of technical singletrack and rugged mountain terrain. The Iraios Athlos route is UTMB and ITRA certified, a major draw for serious trail runners.
Dirfy Trails – 14.6 km
- Distance: approx. 14.6 km
- Elevation gain: around 840 m
- Start time: Sunday, 09:30
- Overview: The most popular distance of the event. A balanced mix of demanding climbs, forest trails and more gentle segments, ideal for intermediate runners or anyone wanting a solid trail challenge.
Katzos Trail – 5.5 km
- Distance: approx. 5.5 km
- Elevation gain: around 250 m
- Start time: Sunday, 10:00
- Overview: A short and accessible route running through woodland paths and dirt tracks around Steni. Perfect for beginners or those who want a light but scenic mountain run.
Big Bear Downhill – 4 km

- Overview: A fast and technical downhill course starting from the “Syka” ridge and finishing in Steni. With strong negative elevation and rocky segments, it offers pure adrenaline for downhill enthusiasts.
